2D Platformer played by a single button

In this short prototype game I had the challenge/constraint of only giving the player one key to play the game.

Gameplay and Level Design (Unity)

  • Designing environmental effectors to work together in a coherent way

  • Implementing and fine tuning physics elements to ensure consistent experience

  • Designing level layout to provide sufficient challenge while maintaining a casual atmosphere

Programming (C#)​

  • Implementing player controls

  • Implementing environmental triggers and physics events

3D Art (Autodesk Maya, Unity)

  • Creating basic assets to represent basic environmental effects and objects (electromagnet with activator, launchpad, hamster, hamster wheel etc)

Visual Effects (Unity)

  • Creating expressive particle systems to represent motion and force fields.
